Goregaon

Goregaon is a major residential and commercial area in the northern part of Mumbai. It is located 5 km north of Andheri and about 10 km south of Dahisar.
Main attraction of Goregaon is the Film City, the shooting hub of the Indian film industry. It is situated in Goregaon (East), while Goregaon (West) is a shopper’s paradise – the place has many good shopping malls.

Goregaon Railway Station is located on the Andheri – Dahisar suburban rail line of Western Railways. Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is 10 km to the south. Nearest major railhead is Borivali Railway Station. Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Railway Station is around 35 km south.
